Seattle hear I come...!

Just days away from my trip in Seattle...the cruise is booked (a whale watching cruise....I can't wait for those pictures!) And underground tour of an abandoned city and the cityscape...of Seattle...with the space needle as a focus...I keep checking through my camera equipment...excitement is building daily! And I get to spend it all with one of my best friends in the world....can't wait to see you Amy!!!

I will be sure to post pictures when I return!

My Step-daughter and I decided to make an Australian dessert called Pavlova in celebration of my going to visit our dear friend Amy...she is had shared this yummy family recipe years ago when we all lived in the same part of the united states...see you soon Amy :)



Pavlova is is sugary meringue that is baked and then topped with whipped cream and fruit...

We spent our 4th of July camping up north....fishing with Grandpa...

I got a few sunsets...not the greatest...couldn't seem to find "the spot"...
